We built HeroMark because trademark monitoring tools have always been built for IP law firms, not the founders who actually need them. The leading platforms cost $2,000+ per month and assume you have a legal team to interpret the results. We don’t think that’s right.

What we do

Every day, we check the USPTO database for new trademark applications that could conflict with your brand. We score each application for similarity using name matching, phonetic matching, and product category overlap. If something looks like a potential conflict, we email you — with a plain English explanation of what it means and what to consider doing next.
